Delete your Seasons account
The quickest way to permanently delete your account is in the Seasons app:
- Open Settings.
- Select Manage Account.
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
If you own a Family with other members, you will select another member to become the owner before deletion. Other members and shared catalogue information are not deleted.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from your verified Seasons Contact Email. Include your canonical username, but never send your password or a sign-in code. We will verify the request before deleting the account.
What is deleted
Your account, sessions, private library, progress, subscriptions, personal planning data, and Family membership are permanently deleted. Records shared by other users remain. Shared evidence that must remain useful is stripped of your account reference.
